A Giant Sand Filter - the hidden blight.

Well already, the fact is GIANT is a relative term.
Another possibility is the 'giant sand filter'
is the filtering of the public information
distributed by the powers that be.

This sand filter is just one of three installations.
And to be clear, the first one was installed directly in the Rossiter street itself.

The third sand filter, recently stated by Carr
as, "already building" is at the parking lot of
30 Conant Square Senior Apartments.
Incorrectly stated by Bernie Carr, public information officer
as 'in front of the Brandon Post Office'.
